Jesse is preceded in death by his mother Pauline Espedin (Speedy) Castillo Lozano and his father Everardo (Edward) Isabel Lozano Cant; sons Edward Jaime Lozano, David Lee Lozano, and John Richard Lozano; and brothers Gilbert Lozano, Adolph Lozano, and Everardo (Edward/Sonny) Isabel Lozano, Jr. He was a well-known local musician who played in various local bands, which included the Illusions, Maximo, Tri-City Buzzards and Manny y La Plebe.
